Brisket is available in flat style. We have it available in 1/2 cuts or full cut.
Price is per pound and will be adjusted to match weight 
 
Brisket is a type of meat without alot of extra fat or marbling. It is best cooked long and slow or smoked. Cut on the diagonal, it is great served with your favourite sauce.
